This event is dedicated to recognising and celebrating executive leaders, who have driven remarkable innovations through technology across the continent. The awards aim to highlight the significant impact of technological advancements on business performance and organizational success.
According to the organisers, this year’s edition of the awards builds on the momentum from last year, where the recognition expanded beyond Nigeria to include five other African countries. In its 5th edition, the awards will cover 11 countries, including Ghana, Rwanda, Senegal, Tunisia, South Africa, Uganda, Kenya, Morocco, Egypt, Zambia, and Nigeria. This expansion underscores the growing influence of technology in driving economic development and business innovation across Africa. The awards ceremony will present accolades in various categories, reflecting different aspects of technological innovation and leadership excellence. These categories are designed to showcase the diverse ways in which technology is being harnessed to solve business challenges, enhance customer experiences, and drive growth.Edniesal Consulting Ltd, which said nominations begin on June 24, 2024, invited businesses and organizations from the 11 participating countries to submit entries. She said the nominations will undergo a rigorous evaluation process, ensuring that only the most impactful and innovative leaders are recognized. “The grand awards ceremony is scheduled for November 30, 2024, at the Civic Centre in Lagos, Nigeria. The event will include a conference session followed by the awards ceremony, creating a platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and celebration. Industry leaders, innovators, and stakeholders from across Africa are expected to attend, making it a significant event in the continent’s business calendar,” it stated.
